Can I get a refund? Can I exchange an item?

No, all sales are final once they are shipped. We're a super small team so unless the order is not in good condition on arrival or we made a mistake, we ask that you carefully commit to your purchase!

I put an old or wrong address while I was checking out, is there any way you can update it with the right one?

If you want to change the address for any reason, please send us an email at xandy2kx@gmail.com ASAP with your Order #. If its past 24 hrs from order date, We cannot guarantee that change of address will be able to be changed. We cannot reship orders once they are sent out.

I ordered the wrong size, can you exchange it for another size?

No, please refer to the size chart and triple check your cart before you order! We can not be responsible for your mistake.

I just received my order but I was sent the wrong size or order, can you exchange it?

Yes, if you got the wrong size/order, please use the contact form or send an email to xandy2kx@gmail.com with your Order # and pictures or the item. Once confirmed we can correct the issue.

Shirt has a ghost square print around graphic?

When printing on dark colored garments pretreatment is required for the white ink to adhere and build upon the garment. The application of a pretreatment layer is vital in dark garments in order the colors to lay correctly over the white, be visible and not soak into the fabric.

Basically a pretreatment is sprayed on the shirt before its printed so the print looks good, sometimes leaving square imprint around the graphic. This should come off after first wash.
